Benchmade Mini Bugout Scales - Archon Series - Contoured - Cerakote
“Archon” means “Ruler” in Greek and our new Archon series Mini Bugout rules them all. With this series we combined our unique understanding of scale manufacturing along with customer feedback to make what we feel is the perfect scale. The contoured surface vastly improves ergonomics from previous iterations, while making it easier to access the AXIS lock. The scalloped pattern makes for an incredible grip while the redesigned profile eliminates any and all hot-spots. The ambidextrous clip holes allow for both right or left hand tip-up carry. The Archon truly leaves nothing to be desired.

As with everything else at AWT, these scales are machined from 6061 aluminum to incredible standards. Once machined, they get tumbled, cleaned, blasted, and Cerakoted to one of many colors. Please keep in mind that Cerakote is a ceramic paint, albeit tough, isn't indestructible. This coating will wear over time on hard edges and will develop a nice distressed/worn look over time.
Color names were derived from the Cerakote website. Cobalt, Gunmetal Grey, Burnt Bronze, Charcoal Green, Squatch Green, Blue Titanium, Rose Gold, Tequila Sunrise, and Sunflower are all classified as metallic colors.
