This custom build starts with the Spyderco Manix 2 in CPM MagnaCut steel, factory-equipped with G10 scales and full steel liners. From there, we upgrade the platform with our precision-milled Applied Weapons Tech (AWT) 6061 aluminum scales, transforming an already solid knife into something lighter, cleaner, and more refined in hand.

MagnaCut steel delivers an exceptional balance of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. It’s quickly become one of the most well-rounded steels available — capable of hard use while remaining easy to maintain. Paired with the proven Manix 2 ball-bearing lock, this build offers strength and ambidextrous functionality in a package built for serious everyday carry.

Our AWT aluminum scales replace the factory G10 and steel liner setup, eliminating unnecessary bulk while keeping rigidity and structural integrity. The result is a more streamlined feel with improved balance.

This build keeps the robust Manix 2 architecture intact while elevating the materials and performance. It carries lighter than stock G10, feels more substantial than FRN, and delivers the kind of durability expected from a hard-use platform.

All original factory components (G10 scales and liners) are included with your purchase.
