Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that individual banks may require an additional 24–48+ hours to finalize the transaction.

Customizations such as topo engraving are non-refundable.

Items that have been installed, used, carried, or show signs of wear may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%, assessed based on the condition of the returned product.

Color Sampling Policy:

Purchasing multiple color variations with the intent to select one and return the rest is strongly discouraged. Returns of unused and unopened items may be accepted at our discretion, but are subject to inspection and a restocking fee of up to 25%, particularly if any damage occurs in transit.

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

International Shipping Policy

By ordering from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. International customers are responsible for all costs related to shipping, including return shipping, duties, taxes, and any other fees required for delivery to your country.

We may not ship to every country. If you’re unsure, please contact us before placing an order.

  3. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or seized items and cannot issue refunds in these cases.
  4. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, including those for exchanges, warranty work, or any other returns.

Customs Declarations

We comply fully with national and federal laws for customs documentation:

  • We will not falsify customs forms or undervalue items.
  • We will accurately list all items and their value on customs paperwork.
