At Applied Weapons Technologies we take pride in the work of our hands. We also value your satisfaction above all else. Because of this, we offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on every product we offer. If it breaks, we will fix it at no cost to you. We do not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches. If any part has been modified by the user in a manner that causes failure, we may at our discretion void warranty on that part.SHIPPING
Most orders for in stock items ship the same day or the next day after the order is received. We ship via UPS Ground and USPS depending on the size and value of the order.
***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS***
We ship globally and have sent hundreds of international packages successfully, however, given the current state of the world we STRONGLY suggest all international customers to choose our insured mailing option.
HASSLE-FREE RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it like new condition along with your packing slip within 30 days of receiving your order. No RMA is required. We will gladly refund you the entire purchase price of your items less shipping. A restocking fee will only be assessed if the item(s) are returned in anything other than new, unused condition. We are unable to accept returns on scales that have been installed on a knife because they are no longer new and will show signs of wear in screw holes and other areas once assembled.
